2. Refund Period: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of service activation.
3. Conditions for Refund Request:
- The refund request must be submitted within the money-back guarantee period.
- Refunds will not be granted after the expiration of the guarantee period.
- Services must not have been used to violate the established terms of service.
4. Refund Request Process:
- Customers must submit a refund request through a support ticket.
- To open a ticket, use our online support system.
- Include specific details about the reason for the refund request.
- The support team will review the request and respond within a maximum of 7 days.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be granted for violations of the terms of service, including misuse of the services.
- Refunds will not be provided for domain registration and renewal services; payments made for these services are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be granted if you have used the service in the past and have already requested a refund. A refund is only possible if you are using the service for the first time.
- Refunds will not be granted in cases of abuse or misuse of the service (see «Account Security and Terranode Systems,» «CPU, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage»).
- Refunds will not be granted if you have initiated a dispute or chargeback.
- Any violation of this agreement will waive your right to a refund.
- Terranode reserves the right to approve or disapprove the refund based on the reason stated when requesting it.
6. Service Cancellation: Customers can cancel their services at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund outside the money-back guarantee period.
- The refund policy does not apply to domain registration and renewal. Payments made for these services are non-refundable.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Changes will become effective after publication on our website.
